To check positioning is working on the phone, you should open the app, ensure that the correct location permissions have been granted if not already done so, and view the floorplan which should have a blue dot (or equivalent) overlaid, marking your current position.
To check data is being received by the system backend (which may be subject to the specifics of your licence agreement with Crowd Connected), go to the live heatmap in the Analytics module and look for a device at the same position on the floorplan.
Follow these troubleshooting steps if nothing is showing on the heatmap.
