Our team will determine the severity of the issue and prioritise/allocate accordingly.
Please note that our standard service levels are to respond to tickets during office hours (8:30am-6pm UK time, Mon-Fri) unless the reported issue is deemed critical in which case we seek to respond within 2 hours.
