Charting should be automatically available once there is data processed by the platform. This won't be immediate as there the charting engine runs on a 15-minute cycle.
Troubleshooting steps::
- If multiple chart requests incorporating multiple regions are returning unpopulated charts, check the activation areas and activation schedule (via the Positioning Configuration module).
