Tag batteries can run down, and tags may eventually break.

You can catch dead tags using the scanning app.

1. Ensure you have an active network - with at least one gateway on, and at least two beacons.
2. Check the gateway is online on the gateways screen.
3. Check the beacons are online on the beacons screen.
4. Ensure the tags are 'untabbed', and in range of the gateway / beacons.
5. Use the 'Tag Checker' screen in the mobile app.
6. The app will indicate if tags are live and connected.
